Work Capacity Test (Pack Test) and RT-130

Location – Dupont Middle School, 1 Panther Drive, Malden WV 25306

Event Details – Anyone interested in an Out of State wildfire detail must complete, and
pass, the WCT and Rt-130 to be eligible.

• The following NWCG and ICS classes must have been taken and passed before
  attending this event- ICS100, IS?0O, S130, S190, and L 180. Copy of certificates
  MUST be provided before taking the pack test.
• All participants must bring two (2) forms of identification (US Passport, Drivers License,
  Government Issued ID Card, Voters Registration Card, Social Security Card, Birth
  Certificate).
• Comfortable footwear is recommended.
